A Dubai trading house built on dependable supply, clean documentation, and an unbroken cold chain.

We are importers and exporters based in Dubai, moving food the Gulf depends on into Jebel Ali. Our flagship programme is fresh table eggs from India's Namakkal cluster, alongside a growing line of rice, dal, spices and fresh produce.

We work deliberately across the origins the UAE relies on — India, Türkiye and beyond — so our buyers are never tied to a single lane. Every consignment moves on a complete document set — CEPA certificate of origin, veterinary and health certificates, and UAE food-import registration — so clearance stays clean.

A clean, uniform, fresh-shell egg built to the Gulf's table-egg standard — consistent carton after carton.

Quality & grading

Checked before it's loaded.

Every consignment is graded and freshness-checked at origin, using the parameters a serious buyer inspects on arrival.

Shell & candling

Each egg is candled for cracks, blood/meat spots and clarity, with a sound, clean shell.

Freshness — Haugh units

Albumen height scored on the Haugh scale:

AA — 72 and above
A — 60 to 71
B — below 60

Internal quality

Firm, upstanding white; round, centred yolk; small air cell — the marks of a genuinely fresh egg.

Size & uniformity

Graded into tight weight bands so the carton a buyer opens matches the spec ordered.

Packaging

7-ply corrugated — the safest build.

Eggs respire and travel far, so packaging is not a detail. We pack in breathable paper-pulp trays inside 7-ply corrugated cartons — the strongest standard grade.

Paper-pulp trays

Breathable, protective and recyclable; 30 eggs per tray — the proven Gulf export standard.

7-ply corrugated cartons

Markedly stronger than 5-ply, vented and marked "this side up" to resist crushing and humidity over the sea leg.

Reefer loading

Loaded and held at ~13–15 °C so the cold chain is unbroken from packhouse to Jebel Ali.

Arabic + English label

Origin, grade, size, net weight, count, production & expiry, storage and importer details — matched to the UAE registration.

Namakkal in Tamil Nadu is the heart of India's egg export trade — the bulk of the country's egg exports originate here, with a short sea route to the Gulf.
